Saving the Altar Boi v5b is out

After a long hiatus, a new update to the game has been added for anybody to download.
You can expect a few additions, though the main storyline is unchanged, extra scenes between tasks can be found for those roaming around.

- 6 new full scenes as well as a partial CG
- Progression of the main plot and inclusion of 3 new characters to meet
